The spirit of the event
Morocco Grand Tour is a motorbike tourist sport event of the “Adventouring" type. It takes place with 2 route options:
– “On/Off” route: mixed road and off-road route
– “Road” route: entirely on paved roads, which can also be ridden with a passenger.
The routes, in 6 stages, will pass through the most beautiful places in Morocco. Departing from Marrakech, we'll cross the Atlas mountains with endless dirt roads at altitudes of over 3.000 metres, descending through evocative gorges until we reach the enchanting dunes of Merzouga, where we'll sleep in a tented camp and dinner under the stars. On the way back to Marrakech, we will pass through some particularly evocative places that have been used as film sets for many films. We will pass by the Spanish prisons dating back to 1700 and the Jabel Sharro massif. Arrival back in Marrakech.
Overnight stays are in hotels, except for Merzouga, where we sleep in a tented camp at the foot of the famous dunes.
Different participation formulas are available, at the choice of the participants:
– Own motorbike, transport of person and vehicle from Italy to Marrakech by the organisation.
– Own motorbike, transport of people and vehicles by the participant, meeting point in Marrakech.
– Motorbike rental in Marrakech, fly and hotels of the person person to be paid by the organisation.
It will be possible to bring companions, who will be transported by minibuses and jeeps by the organisation from stage departures and arrivals, along suggestive itineraries.

All persons in possession of a valid driving licence for the registered motorbike and a valid passport are admitted.

Program
The Morocco Grand Tour will take place with a minimum of 15 participants.
The maximum number of participants will be defined according to the availability of transport and hotels at the time of registration.

Limited number of participants
The registration fee includes
Direct flight Milan - Marrakech to / from Marrakech in tourist class (subject to availability of seats pre-purchased) Checked-in luggage kg 23 + small hand luggage that fits under the seat (cm. 45 X 36 X 20)
Transfer in Marrakech from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
For accompanying persons, transport by minibus and jeep from departure to arrival along the scenic routes of the road raid
5 nights in Hotel with ½ board in double room.
1 night with half board in a LUX tented camp, in double room, among the dunes of Merzouga
1 night in Hotel with bed and breakfast in double room (free dinner for the last night in Marrakech)
Tourist taxes
Medical assistance along the route and at the starting and finishing points of the stages
Mechanical assistance along the route
Breakdown recovery vehicle
Transport of 1 piece of luggage max. 56x45x25 cm (trolley type) from Marrakech to the stage arrivals. IMPORTANT: The 23 kg suitcase, used for the aircraft hold, must be left in the bike store in Marrakech.

DRIVER ENTRY FEE BY 31 JULY 2023
A pre-registration driver or passenger of €. 500.00 by 30 March entitles you to guaranteed participation and a €. 100.00 discount on the entry fee.
PASSENGER ENTRY FEE BY 31 JULY 2023
After these dates, if places remain available, the entry fee will be updated according to air fares.
The entry fee does not include:
Motorbike transport from Italy to Morocco
Motorbike rental
Motorbike fuel
All lunches
Single room supplement
Dinner on the last evening in Marrakech

Cancellations and refunds:
If the participant withdraws by 31/07/23, an amount of €. 200,00 of the registration fee will be retained for penalties and secretarial costs.
No reimbursement will be made after these dates.
Should the event not be able to take place or should its date be changed due to the COVID 19 emergency, the amount of the registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
