In 2018, Renato Zocchi, together with a group of friends passionate about the motorcycle world, founded Adventure Riding Srl, a company dedicated to the development of touring and competitive motorcycling, as well as the organization of services for companies in the motorcycle and automotive sectors.
Thanks to Renato Zocchi’s forty years of experience in organizing major events and the expertise of Alessandro Botturi, an internationally renowned champion and high-level technician, Adventure Riding organizes benchmark events in the industry such as the Swank Rally di Sardegna, the Dune Rally Tunisia, the Gran Tours in Italy, Morocco, Spain, and Tunisia, as well as Regional Tours.
The company also offers high-quality services to businesses, including the organization of conventions, demo raids, and press events.
A world-class motocross champion, winner of the Rally of the Pharaohs, Dakar Rally competitor, second place at the Baja 1000, winner of the Gibraltar Race and the Alps Tourist Trophy, official Honda rider, in 1984 he co-founded the Rally of Sardinia together with his brother Guido. He later went on to organize the Giro d’Italia Automobilistico, the Pavia–Venice powerboat race, Sestriere 1000, Uomo e Donna Avventura, Horse Raid, and many other highly successful international events.
Alessandro Botturi has been one of the pillars of the Yamaha team since 2015, serving as an official rider and the driving force behind the Ténéré project—a true guarantee of experience and results on the international off-road scene. A benchmark rider on two wheels, he has built a career at the highest levels of Enduro and Rally Raid racing. His palmarès includes 10 Italian Enduro titles, two victories at the Six Days (2005 and 2007), and three third-place finishes in the Enduro World Championship between 2003 and 2005.
Since 2012, Botturi has successfully taken on the challenge of rally raids, immediately establishing himself among the discipline’s top specialists. On his Dakar debut, he achieved an impressive 8th place overall, earning the title of best rookie. This was followed by outstanding results: two victories at the Africa Race, two wins at the Rally di Sardegna (a World Championship round), as well as triumphs in iconic events such as the Merzouga Rally, Transanatolia, Tunisia Desert Challenge, and the Swank Rally di Sardegna, along with more than ten Italian Motorally titles.
